I have a lot of Only Hearts in my closet. The majority of what I have (and what they make) are bralettes and briefs.
I was introduced to them back in the upstate NY by Deb at Torso Lingerie, and have kept coming back to them because they do something really well that I have yet to find a wide array of designers that do: simple, elegant designs with interesting textures.
If I had to epitomise this, I’d point to a set a few of the lace sets I own. The Eco lace set, which is a large diamond geometric print, and the Lisbon lace set, which is a bright, bold white that is a graphic floral lace pattern.

Designer History
This designer has been around since the 70’s and founded by a woman – Helena Stuart, and has had a consistent ethos.
What I own
- Eco lace
- Lisbon lace
- Xandra set
- So fine lace bodysuit in burgundy
- Tapestry velvet boyshorts
- Coucou teddy

Fabrics
I would say the majority of what Only Hearts works in is mostly cotton or organic materials, and according to their website, “Only Hearts is proudly manufactured in New York City using local, deadstock and certified made in green textiles.”
Who the designer works for / what I like
I think the strength in Only Hearts as a design is the surprisingly sexual twists they put on basics. They work in sheer a lot, which – until you try on and/or see on a body – is difficult to comprehend how overtly sensual and sexual it can be.
Their designs I’d classify as “summer femme” – floaty or sheer fabrics with a focus on lace, texture and florals.
Their price points are usually around 60USD for bralettes, 80USD for underwire bras and 40USD for briefs.
